This question allows NOCROP to collect your Social Security Number and share it with the California Department of Education who will share your personal information with the Employment Development Department.The Employment Development Department is the state agency responsible for maintaining personally identifiable information, and keeps all information confidential it receives from the California Department of Education for use only to track the labor market outcomes of adult education program participants in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and mandates. This field is optional.

The program you are applying to requires a passing grade of a prerequisite course. You will have the option to submit work experience in addition to the prerequisite submission.

Acute Care CNA:
- Successful completion of Medical Terminology: Anatomy & Physiology
- Recommended basic computer knowledge including Google and Microsoft
- Student must have valid AHA/BLS CPR card prior to start date

Dental Assistant: Level II:
- Recommended basic computer knowledge
- Currently working as a Dental Assistant and/or previously completed Dental Assisting Level I
- Completion of 8-hour Infection Control
- Completion of 2-hour Dental Practice Act
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card. Certification must stay current throughout the course

Medical Assistant: Clinical & Administrative:
- Successful completion of Medical Terminology: Anatomy & Physiology
- Recommended basic computer knowledge
- NCCT Medical Assistant Certification requires a high school diploma or GED
*For those who do not have a high school diploma or GED, a Medical Assistant certification examination is available through the California Certified Board for Medical Assistant (CCBMA), for approximately $145.
